2015-2016 CYO Basketball for boys and girls in Grades 3 to 8
Welcome to the registration for the St Anthonys 2014-15 CYO Basketball Program. If you are a returning parent, please log in under the account that you created last season. If you are new to the program, you'll need to create a user account in order to begin. If you have registered children through organizations such as the West Nyack or Nanuet Little League or the Clarkstown Sports Club, you will be familiar with the process. Follow the prompts to register, purchase uniforms and/or sweatshirts. Fees can be paid by either credit card or by check. A late fee of $50 will be imposed on any registrations received after September 30, 2014
As we have in the past, we will field teams for both boys and girls in the 3rd through 8th grades. Registration will be strictly limited to the grade that you child will be attending this September. Registration will be open to all families of our Parish. Non-Parishioners are welcome on a per team basis. We strive to place every child who registers but are at the mercy of the total registration count and the assistance of our volunteers. At a minimum, we will look for at least ten children to field a team and regardless, will not exceed fourteen children per team. Parishioners are given preference if we exceed that number and cannot field an additional team for any group.
Our goal is to have at least two teams for each grade of boys and girls. We continue to feel that this allows for a more productive and enjoyable experience for both the children and their parents. As our our main purpose is in teaching and coaching the children in the fundamental skills of basketball in a supportive environment, we will group children of like skills together. this also better enables us to align ourselves with the other Parish League teams.
Our Basketball Clinic registration is open to 1st and 2nd grade children. The clinic sessions are held in the gym from 10:45 to 12:00 and we hope to begin by December 6th
We encourage all parents to volunteer their time and kindness to our children whether as team coaches or to assist us in running your program
